Frequently Asked Questions

Never! We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off for all of our orders. This is for both residential and businesses. If you show as out of our delivery area, please reach out to us via the contact us section to see if it’s possible to add your neighborhood to our delivery zone.

They are 100% free with your first scheduled pickup. Just select “free pickup bag” when placing your first order. We will deliver your shiny new bag at drop-off with your clean items.

When you place your order, you will be assigned a set weekly pickup day. This day will be the same each week! We will even send you a reminder the day prior to submit any orders you may have for the week.

Head on over to the Pricing Page for a full list of items we accept. If you have a special item not listed, please feel free to contact us. We pride ourselves on our extensive item list, but if we’ve missed something we’re happy to review your request to see if we are able to clean it for you!

All orders are set for a two-day turnaround. Example, if your pickup day is on Monday your delivery day will be on Wednesday.
